Parcel Portal
Users must have the “Parcel Portal” user permission and parcels displayed are based on the enabled Fleets and Business Units permissions. See Users.
The Parcel Portal allows you to track and view the entire life cycle (all scans) for On-Demand and routed parcels and when present, any nestled parcel items. Parcels and parcel items are scannable entities that can be tracked for parcel chain of custody and OS&D reporting. For more information on how to set up parcels within the system, see parcel types and parcel items.
To view the Parcel Portal, click Parcel Portal in the main menu of the Operations App.
Quickly view the last 15, 50, or 100 scanned parcels or search by parcel barcode, status, parcel ID, parcel type, parcel item barcode, customer route/stop ID, location name, address, city, zip, initial scan date, last scan date, scan activity by date, refrigeration type, master barcode, proof of delivery (POD) or date. Save often used filters by selecting the filter type and entering your criteria in the Quick Filter field then clicking the + and entering a Name.
For improved search functionality, use the "Exact Match" and "Begins With" search types. These options will be available for all non-date search queries.
Quick Tips:
Press enter, tab, or comma to separate your search criteria.
