Parcel Refrigeration Type Codes

This page is for the Operations App and requires the “Parcel Refrigeration Type Codes” permission to view and “Edit Parcel Refrigeration Type Codes” permission to add/edit.

Parcel Refrigeration Type Codes are used to add refrigeration types to parcels and parcel item scans as well as warn drivers of temperature sensitive items.

To get to the Parcel Refrigeration Type Codes section, go to Maintenance > Parcel Refrigeration Type Codes.

How to Create a New Parcel Refrigeration Type Code

Go to Maintenance > Parcel Refrigeration Type Codes.
Click the + button in the top right.

How to Edit a Parcel Refrigeration Type Code

Go to Maintenance > Parcel Refrigeration Type Codes.
Click the parcel refrigeration type code you would like to edit or click the action menu at the end of the row and select Edit.

Quick Tip: You can open 2 edit forms by selecting the checkboxes of the parcel refrigeration type codes and clicking the edit pencil icon in the top right.

How to Delete a Parcel Refrigeration Type Code

Go to Maintenance > Parcel Refrigeration Type Codes.
Check the checkbox of the parcel refrigeration type code(s) you would like to delete.
Click the delete button in the top right.

Field Name	Description

Field Name	Description
Refrigeration Code	Unique refrigeration code.
Description	Description for the refrigeration code.
Refrigeration Type	Selected refrigeration type for the code. Ambient Frozen Refrigerated Room Temperature
All Customers	When enabled, or checked, the parcel refrigeration code will be available for use with all customers. When disabled, or unchecked, the parcel refrigeration code will only be available to the selected customers.
