The Client Portal serves as a simple, one-stop gateway for your clients to create shipments, pay invoices, track shipments, verify POD, and view reports conveniently from anywhere online. The portal experience can be customized to match your brand and can be used as a valuable communication tool to update clients with timely alerts and shipment status notifications.
Integrations or Plugins
A prebuilt Client Portal website integration or Wordpress plugin is not available from CXT Software. However, you can add a link to the Client Portal from your website (using your Client Portal URL) for your customers to easily access the Client Portal order portal directly from your company website.
Another option is to hire a web developer to use the CXT Software Web Services / API and create a custom solution. See Web Services / API.
