Notes can be added to an order in the Notes tab on the order form or route stop form.
Select the Type of note you would like to add. See Note Types (Classic Operations App) to add or edit note types.
Optional. Check the Email? checkbox to add the note when sending a message using the [OrderNotes] field in a message format associated with the customer.
Click in the Note column.
Enter your note.
Go to File > Save.
Click the note you would like to edit.
Edit the note.
Select the row of the note by clicking on the row, a triangle will appear, then press the Delete key.
