X Tracking
Use X Tracking to plot orders, routes, and drivers on a web-based map in real-time. Unassigned and assigned orders are shown in addition to route stops that are plotted in sequential order for a true graphical representation of one or multiple routes. Several reports can be created, such as the "Driving Distance" report which shows the true GPS driving distance of the delivery personnel. All of these features add up to an easy and intuitive tool that can be used to manage the fleet.
Use X Tracking to track orders, drivers, and routes with a variety of options and settings.
On the left, you will see the controls with three tabs: Plotting, Markers, and Order Updates. The Plotting tab has 4 sub-tabs.
Plotting
Orders
Field Name | Description |

Unassigned Orders By Fleet | Show all the points for unassigned orders by fleet. You can select as many fleets as needed. |
Drop Down List | The drop down box on this screen provides options to display the origin, destination, or both on the map for the unassigned orders currently plotted on the map. |
Auto Refresh | Selecting this option will refresh the page to reflect updates automatically |
Clear the Map | Removes all pins currently displayed on the map. |
Drivers (Location)
Field Name | Description |

Drivers By Fleet | Select the fleet to plot all driver locations, or select drivers individually. |
Drop Down List (1)(Location selected) | Choose to display the last known location of drivers on the map. |
Time Zone | Choose the time zone to localize driver GPS points to. For instance, if you select the Time Zone option to be Pacific Time and are tracking a driver in Eastern Time the times displayed will be shown in Pacific Time. |
Data Source | GPS: Driver locations are updated based on GPS data being collected from the driver's mobile device. Driver Reports: Driver locations are updated based on the last known status event in the Operations App. For instance, the arrival at the origin of an order assumes the driver is currently located at that address. This data may be inaccurate if a driver performs status updates on orders when they are not currently located at the location they are performing a status update for. Drivers Reports & GPS: This is a combination of the above two options. GPS data always has priority, but driver reports that are more current than the last GPS fix will be used as well. |

Time Zone | Choose the time zone to localize driver GPS points to. For instance, if you select the Time Zone option to be Pacific Time and are tracking a driver in Eastern Time the times displayed will be shown in Pacific Time. |
Begin | Choose the beginning time range you want to track the selected driver for. Warning: Choosing a time range greater than 8 hours may significantly increase the amount of time needed in to display data on the map. |
End | Choose the end time range you want to track the selected driver for. Warning: Choosing a time range greater than 8 hours may significantly increase the amount of time needed in to display data on the map. |

Drivers (Assigned Orders)

Routes

Route Plotting Display Type | Used to show the path calculated by Bing (CA) , a straight line between points (CB), or just the stop points (CC). |
