You may need to uninstall and reinstall Nextstop Driver App if you are experiencing issues or for a fresh start.

How to Delete and Uninstall Nextstop

1. Touch and hold the Nextstop icon.

2. Tap Delete App.

3. Tap Delete.

Alternate steps:

1. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

2. Scroll down to the list of apps and tap Nextstop.

3. Tap Delete App.

4. Tap Delete App again to confirm.

How to Reboot or Restart your iPhone

iPhone X or 11

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

iPhone SE (2nd generation), 8, 7, or 6

1. Press and hold the side button until the power off slider appears.

How to Reinstall Nextstop

1. Go to the App Store.

2. Search for CXT Software by tapping Search (at the bottom) and entering “CXT Software”.

3. Tap the Nextstop Mobile icon from the search results.
