Log into the Cloud Portal, https://cloudportal.cxtsoftware.net/, and enter your username and password for the Cloud Client. See Cloud Portal for more information.
Go to the action menu by clicking the 3 dots in the left navigation, then select Download RDP File.
Click the Download RDP File button.
Download the RDP file from the Cloud Portal. See instructions above.
Download Microsoft Remote Desktop client from the Mac App Store.
Open Microsoft Remote Desktop.
Click then Import from RDP file...
Browse to the CXT Software .RDP file provided file downloaded in step 1.
Click Import.
Under Saved PCs, double click the imported PC which begins with “cxtsoftware_net_“.
Enter your Username and Password. Your username would be userid-instanceid@private.cxtsoftware.net and your password is your Operations App password.
Click Continue.
Add your username and password so that you do not have to enter it every time.
Click the edit icon when hovering over the imported PC which begins with “cxtsoftware_net_“.
Under User account, click the arrows to select Add User Account...
Enter your Username and Password.
Click Add.
Click Save.
Download Microsoft Remote Desktop client from the App Store.
Click the + at the top right.
Select Remote Resources.
Enter "https://rdsfarm.cxtsoftware.net" for Email or URL.
Click Done.
Click Find Feed.
Click Add User Account.
Select Farm01.

Not all Chromebooks can use Microsoft RDP, as it needs to be installed via Google Play. Some of the older Chromebooks will not support this. To see if your Chromebook is capable please see: Chromebooks with Google Play
Download Microsoft Remote Desktop client from the Google Play Store.
Accept the terms of agreements.
Select Remote Resource Feed.
Enter "https://rdsfarm.cxtsoftware.net".
Click Next.
Select Add Account.
