When selecting fleets for either orders, or drivers on the On Demand Dispatch board or Route board you will see the below form.

| Fleets you have permission to select | This window will list the fleets your user has access to |
| Fleets you DO NOT have permission to select | This window will list the fleets your user Does Not have access to. To gain access the user will need to go to Maintenance -> Permissions. Open the userID , and expand X Dispatch functions -> Expand Dispatch -> Expand Allowed fleets. |
| Check all | This option will check all boxes giving your user full control over all parts of the X Dispatch application. |
