Using Dispatch Zones

can be created to override default fleets. This means that when an order is entered, it can be automatically assigned to a different fleet based on your geographical needs. For example, if your dispatchers are covering areas "North, South, and Central", Dispatch Zones can be set up accordingly, filtering orders directly into their respective zones.

To set this up you would need to do the following

Create Dispatch ZonesSet up Dispatch Zones in Maintenance → Zones and scroll to the right for the Dispatch Zones column. Enter Dispatch Zone names. |
