This page is for the Operations App. For the Desktop Operations App please see Depots (Desktop Operations App).
Depots are selected on contract stops and appear as facilities in Nextstop, allowing multiple users to scan parcels at the same receive stop. See Receiving in Nextstop 3.
To get to the Depots section, go to Maintenance > Depots.

How to Create a New Depot
Go to Maintenance > Depots.
Click the + button in the top right.
How to Edit a Depot
Go to Maintenance > Depots.
Click the depot you would like to edit or click the action menu at the end of the row and select Edit.
Quick Tip: You can open 2 edit forms by selecting the checkboxes of the depots and clicking the edit pencil icon in the top right.
How to Delete a Depot
Go to Maintenance > Depots.
Check the checkbox of the depot(s) you would like to delete.
Click the delete button in the top right.

Seartch Address Book | The address of the depot or use this field to search and add an existing address for the depot. See Addresses. Quick Tip: Use the + to add a new address. |
