You can add a parcel shortage warning before completion of a stop in Nextstop Mobile. This helps to ensure drivers receive notification on their mobile device if they did not scan all expected parcels for a stop.
Requires Nextstop Mobile 2.5 or newer and X Dispatch 18.0 or newer.
Where to Setup in X Dispatch
In Mobile Option Sets, enable the "Parcel Shortage Alert". See Mobile Option Sets.
In Nextstop Mobile
When a driver is trying to complete a stop with shortages, an audible alert and a pop-up alert will appear.
