You can reach the "Adjust Recurring Order Rates" from the "Tools Menu".

  1. Navigate to the "Tools Menu" bar at the top.

  2. Click "Adjust Recurring Order Rates" from the action context menu.

With ever-changing gas prices, it often becomes necessary to adjust your fuel surcharges. On-demand order fuel surcharges are calculated during the time of order entry. However, when fuel surcharge rates are adjusted, "Recurring Orders" are not automatically recalculated as there are many cases when you've negotiated special fuel rates for your customers pre-scheduled jobs. The following section outlines the process necessary to adjust the fuel surcharge for "Recurring Orders".

Once you've chosen the desired options, click the "Rate Orders" button to trigger the re-rate of the recurring orders. The following report will be displayed.

This report will display every detail of the recurring order. The most pertinent fields are "Old Price", "New Price", and "Price Change".
