The Address Lookup form allows you to search for addresses that are saved in X Dispatch.
| Field Name | Description |

| Search Button | Click to perform a search based on the criteria entered in the search field. Note: You can also perform a search by hitting the "Enter" key on your keyboard after entering your search criteria in the search field. |
| Search Field | Enter the search criteria you would like to search for. |
| Name | Select this option to perform a search on the Name of an address. |
| Address | Select this option to perform a search on the Address. |
| Point ID | Select this option to perform a search on the Point ID of an address. |
| Address Filter | Enter a value to filter the results of your address search. |
| OK | Click the OK button to use the selected address. |
| New | Click the New button to enter a New address into X Dispatch. |
| Edit | Click the Edit button to edit the selected address. |
| Delete | Click the Delete button to delete the selected address. |
| Cancel | Click the Cancel button to close the Address Lookup form and cancel your selection. |
