Printing while using the X Dispatch Cloud Client (XDHC) is as easy as clicking a checkbox before connecting. The local printer MUST be set prior to connecting or possible errors can occur.
Setting Access to Local Printers
After logging into XDHC navigate to the Options tab. Check the Access Local Printer to enable printing within X Dispatch. Click Connect and all printing should access your local printer.
X Dispatch will only allow for printing for the first five printers installed, or the first four and the default printer if one is set as default.
Troubleshooting
If an error should occur (such as the images below), logout and return to theOptionsscreen and verify that theAccess Local Printershas been checked.
