Requires X Dispatch 17.1 or newer.
Customers can pay when placing an order online in Rapidship. This is set up, and user permissions can be limited, based on the internet user account.
Instructions
To accept credit cards in Rapidship you must first set up credit card processing in X Dispatch. See Setting Up Credit Card Processing in X Dispatch.
- Go to Maintenance > Internet Users.
- Select the internet user you would like to allow to pay by credit card. See Internet Users (Classic Operations App).
Go to the Options tab and select "Yes" or "Required" for Accept credit cards.
- Click OK to save changes.
