The driver can scan or enter a barcode to look up which stop the parcel barcode is associated with and view the details and actions for that stop. |
Tap Camera to scan a barcode and Manual to enter a barcode.
How to Lookup a Parcel
- Tap Parcel Lookup in the menu on the top left.
- Tap Camera to scan a barcode and Manual to enter a barcode.
- Scan or enter the barcode manually.
For scanning a barcode, center the camera over a barcode. Use the light or zoom buttons displayed in the camera scanner if you need more detail is needed.

For manually entering a barcode, type in the barcode and tap the + button.
