Parcel Lookup

You can scan or enter a barcode to look up which stop the parcel barcode is associated with and view the details and actions for that stop.

Tap Camera to scan a barcode and Manual to enter a barcode.

How to Lookup a Parcel 

  1. Tap Parcel Lookup in the menu on the top left.

  2. Tap Camera to scan a barcode and Manual to enter a barcode.

  3. Scan or enter the barcode manually.

    1. For scanning a barcode, center the camera over a barcode. Use the light or zoom buttons displayed in the camera scanner if you need more detail. 

    2. For manually entering a barcode, type in the barcode and tap the + button.
