You can do quick or advanced searches to track orders and take action on the order. For example, print a shipping label or receipt.


Tip
titleQuick Tips
  • Whensearching by "Tracking Info", up to 10 searches can be performed with one request. Press enter, tab, or comma to separate your search criteria.
  • Search dates cannot be more than 2 months apart for users who are not logged in, and 1 year apart for users who are logged in.
  • Asterisk (*)percent (%), and underscore (_) symbols are not valid search values.

Not Logged In

Users who are not logged in will see limited tracking information and can search by tracking numbers, references, or parcel barcodes.

Logged in users can view order details by clicking on the order information. 

Users must have "View Detail Tracking" option enabled on their internet user record. See Internet Users - New / Edit Internet User (X Dispatch 20.0 to 21.0

Users must have "View Track Order" option enabled on their internet user record and in version 21.0 or newer can be restricted to view only orders they have placed with by enabling the "View Inet User Orders Only" option. See Internet Users or Internet Users (Classic Operations App)

Logged in users can edit an order, cancel an order, add attachments, print receipt or shipping label, email the label, or create new orders from the tracked order by clicking the menu icon.  When editing an order in version 21.0 or newer, users will be directed to the Detailed Place Order View regardless of any settings on their User Profile. This is required to ensure the edit is handled correctly.

  • If there are more than 10 results, the number of orders displayed per page by clicking the "Results per page" under the Quick Search box. 
  • For version 21.1 or newer, users Users can edit orders and create new continuations, duplicates, or roundtrips from orders that were originating from another user associated with another customer as long as the user has the customer associated on their internet record.
