If you want to send an email to a Customera Customer, navigate to X Dispatch > Customers, then right-click on the Customer and select Send Email from the to X Dispatch > Customers, then right-click on the Customer and select Send Email from the menu. You can also bring up the Send Customer Email form by selecting the Customer and then go to Action > Customer > Send Email.
