Customer - Send Email

You can send an email to a customer from the Operations App.

Instructions

  1. From the top menu go to Action > Customer > Send Email.

Alternate Instructions

  1. Go to the Customers section. Maintenance > Customers or On Demand > Customers.

  2. Right-click on the customer you would like to send an email to and select Send Email.

Send Customer Email

You can select customer emails or enter an email in the box on the right in the To section. A semicolon separates multiple emails.
