The Client Portal (Rapidship) provides users with a fresh new interface powered by modern web services to enable end users to quickly place orders, track orders, view routes, print labels, and a lot more from one web application.

It offers:

  • Progressive web app for a mobile-friendly ordering experience where users can save the Client Portal to their home screen 

Integrations or Plugins

A prebuilt Client Portal website integration or Wordpress plugin is not available from CXT Software. However, you can add a link to the Client Portal from your website (using your Client Portal URL) for your customers to easily access the Rapidship order portal directly from your company website.

Another option is to hire a web developer to use the CXT Software Web Services / API and create a custom solution. See Web Services / API
