Create or assign a rate chart to the customer

How to Create a New Rate Chart

  1. Click the arrow next to the New button, or press the N key. 

  2. Click Rate Charts

  3. Select Base Rate

How to Assign a Rate Chart to a Customer

  1. Go to Maintenance > Customers.

  2. Double click on the customer you would like to assign a rate chart to.

  3. Click the Accounting tab.

  4. Enter the Rate Chart ID.
