Edit Broadcast Messages

Broadcast messages can be used to display messages in X Dispatch and your client portal.

How to Add a Broadcast Message

1. Go to Action in the main menu and select Edit Broadcast Messages...

2. Select the type of broadcast message you would like to add. 

   
3. Click Add.

4. Enter your message and click OK. 

   

How to Edit a Broadcast Message

1. Go to Action in the main menu and select Edit Broadcast Messages...
2. Select the type of broadcast message you would like to edit.
3. Select the broadcast message you would like to edit and click Edit.

How to Delete a Broadcast Message

1. Go to Action in the main menu and select Edit Broadcast Messages...
2. Select the type of broadcast message you would like to delete.
3. Select the broadcast message you would like to delete and click Remove.

Broadcast Messages in X Dispatch

Broadcast messages are displayed scrolling at the bottom of X Dispatch or can be viewed in a window by going to View > Broadcast Messages in the top menu.

Broadcast Messages in Rapidship

Broadcast messages in Rapidship are displayed as a pop up in the top right corner when the user logs in.
