Access to our knowledgebase is built into the X Dispatch application.  Simply press the F1 key on your keyboard to view any articles in our CXT Support Knowledgebase.

F1 Help

The F1 key is typically located on the top row of your keyboard, you may need to press and hold the “Fn” key to access the function menu.

For example:

When attempting to place an Order in X Dispatch, press the F1 key and this box will pop up on your screen:

Pressing the “View Manual” button opens a browser-type window inside the application, with an article from our CXT Knowledgebase related to Placing Orders.
