Using One-Touch Confirm All in X Mobile

Enabling the Allow Confirm All setting gives X Mobile users the option to mark all recently dispatched orders as confirmed with the press of one button.

Activate Passcode Setting

Activation of the Passcode setting is required to use the Confirm All option and is set by CXT Software.

To activate the Allow Confirm All option, please contact Customer Support. 

Using Confirm All

Once the Passcode setting has been activated by CXT Software, all Unconfirmed Orders are displayed on the New Unconfirmed Orders Added screen.  

  • Selecting Confirm All returns the user to the Main Menu.  
  • Selecting Dismiss takes the user to the New Stops screens where orders are confirmed individually.  If all of the New Orders are not Confirmed upon exiting the New Stops screen the New Unconfirmed Orders Added screen is displayed again. 

When new Orders are dispatched the Confirm All screen is not displayed while using the signature capture screen but is displayed upon exiting.
