  • Today No Rollover

  • Today With Rollover

  • Next Day

  • Next Weekday

  • Two Weekdays

  • Three Weekdays

Click here to see Next Day examples...

The following examples are based on Hours of Operation set from 6am to 6pm Monday through Friday and the "Next Day" set for Deliver.

On Demand Example

The Pickup To, Deliver To,  Pickup Within, and Deliver Within times will be set to the next day with hours of operation. If an order with a 2 hour Pickup Within, a 4 hour Deliver Within is placed at 2pm, the Pickup To time is set to the following day at 4pm and the Deliver To time is set to the following day at 6pm. The Pickup/Deliver From times would remain 2pm on the day the order was placed.

Scheduled and Distribution Examples without Pickup Within

If an order is scheduled for 9am with a Ready By time of 10am and Deliver By time of 4pm, the Pickup To and Deliver To times will be set to the following day at 4pm. The Pickup/Deliver From times would remain 9am on the day the order was placed.

If an order is scheduled after 10am with a Ready By time of 10am and Deliver By time of 4pm, the Pickup To and Deliver To times are pushed two days, unless the day falls on a day outside your hours of operation. Therefore an order scheduled at 10:01am Monday it would set both Pickup/Deliver To times for Wednesday at 4pm. An order scheduled Tuesday for 10:01am would set both Pickup/Deliver To times to Thursday at 4pm. An order scheduled for Thursday or Friday at 10:01am set both Pickup/Deliver To times to Monday at 4pm.

Scheduled and Distribution Example with Pickup Within

If an order is scheduled at 9am with a Ready By time of 10am, a Deliver By time of 4pm, and the Pickup Within option is set to 30 minutes, the Pickup To time is set to 9:30am to account for the 30 minute pickup within window. The Deliver To time be set to 4pm the following day. Note that if the Pickup Within time was set to 1 hour and 30 minutes, a time that would exceed the original Ready By Time, the Pickup To time would be set to 10:30am the following day, and the Deliver To Time would be set to 4pm. The Pickup/Deliver From Times would remain the time designated on the order which was 9am.
