1. Go to Maintenance > Status Codes.
2. Enter "OutsideGeo" as thethe Exception ID.

3. Enter "Outside Geofence" as the Description. 

   Note
   The description must match exactly.

   
   

4. Select "Both" as the Exception Type. 

5. If you would like to enable geofencing for all customers, click the AddToAllCustomers column. If you would only like specific customer to be able to use geofencing, see Enable Geofencing for Specific Customers below.
