For getting started with the Driver App see Getting Started with the Driver App.

Set up a human resource record

  1. Go to Maintenance > Human Resources.

  2. Click the New button in the toolbar.

Required fields:

  • ID

  • Class

  • Business Unit

When adding a deduction to a new human resource record, you must save the record first. 

Alternate Steps

  1. Click the arrow next to the New button, or press the Alt and N keys.

  2. Click Human Resources, or press the H key.

Set up a driver record

You must have the Drivers and the Edit Drivers user permissions enabled. See Users.

  1. Go to Maintenance > Drivers.

  2. Click the New button in the toolbar.

Alternate steps:

  1. Click the arrow next to the New button, or press Alt + N keys. 

  2. Select Driver, or press the R key.

Allow Web Access must be enabled.

Configure Mobile Options

You can configure settings and permission for the Driver App for each individual driver or a group of drivers. See Mobile Option Sets Definition for more information on the settings and permissions.

For an individual driver

  1. Go to MaintenanceMobile Users.

  2. Click on the mobile user you would like to edit.

  3. Go to the Mobile Options tab.

Deleting a mobile user here will delete the driver record as well.

For a group of drivers

  1. Go to Maintenance > Mobile Options.

  2. Click the mobile option set you would like to edit or click the action menu at the end of the row and select Edit
