How to Change Notifications and Sounds in the Driver App

For driver documentation see How to Change Notifications and Sounds.

The driver can change notifications and sounds inside the Driver App.

Notifications will alert the driver when a new action is taken and the Driver App is open in the foreground. For example, a notification will alert the driver when a new stop is assigned to the driver or a stop assigned to the driver is updated.

Sounds play when an action is taken inside while using the Driver App. For example, a sound will play when the driver successfully scans a parcel.

Quick Tip: The driver can select “Silent” or “Vibrate” to mute notifications and sounds.

Change Notification Sounds

  1. From the menu, go to Settings.

  2. Tap Notification Duration to change the length of time that the notification sound is played. The “Loop” option will pop up a message for the driver to dismiss the notification.

  3. Tap the voice/sound associated with the event to change the notification sound. These sounds are pulled from the list of sounds on the driver’s device.

  4. Tap Back at the bottom to save changes and return to Settings, or use the menu to navigate elsewhere.
