Consolidate Stops in Nextstop 2
Once the Consolidate Stop feature is enabled users can create new consolidated stops, and add or remove stops in a consolidated group by using the pull-out menu.
Quick Tip
Once a stop is selected for consolidation (green background) or removal (red background), tapping the same stop deselects it.
How to Enable Consolidate Stops
- Navigate to Settings, located at the bottom right of the screen.
Select Stops Workflow.
Select Consolidate Stops to toggle the button from off (red) to on (green).
How to View Consolidated Stops
Consolidated stops can be viewed in the Stops List.
Quick Tip
- Consolidated stops have a grey background and an asterisk (*) symbol in the top left corner of the stop.
- Consolidated stops display the Tracking ID for each stop in the top right corner of the stop. If more than two stops are consolidated the word more... is displayed under the Tracking ID's. Click into the stop to display all consolidated Tracking ID's.
All On-Demand stops are grouped by their Tracking ID. When Group Stops By Tracking ID is enabled, if the Pickup leg of a stop is Complete, it is displayed in grey above the Delivery stop.
How to Create a New Consolidated Stop
From the Stops List screen, open the pull-out menu and select Create New Consolidated Stop.
From the Consolidate Stops screen, select stops to consolidate together. The selected stops turn green and the Consolidate button is enabled. Click Consolidate.
- The selected stops are removed from the Consolidate Stops screen. Click Back to navigate to the Stops List screen where the newly consolidated stops are displayed.
If consolidating stops with different location name or addresses, the Stops List displays the location name and address of the first stop selected.
How to Add Stops to Consolidation
- From the Stops List screen, open a consolidated stop.
From the Stop Info screen, select the pull-out menu, then select Add Stops to Consolidation.
- From the Consolidate Stops screen, select a stop or multiple stops to add to the consolidation. The selected stop(s) turns green and the Consolidate button is enabled. Click Consolidate.
- The selected stops are removed from the Consolidate Stops screen. Click Back to navigate to the Stops Info screen where the Tracking ID's for the newly added stop(s) are listed.
Work can continue from this point or click the Stops button to return to the Stops List.
How to Remove Stops from Consolidation
- From the Stops List screen, open a consolidated stop.
From the Stop Info screen select the pull-out menu, then select Remove Stops from Consolidation.
- From the Consolidate Stops screen select a stop or multiple stops to remove from the consolidated list. The selected stop(s) turns red and the Deconsolidate button is enabled. Click Deconsolidate.
- The selected stops are removed from the Consolidate Stops screen. Click Back to navigate to the Stops Info screen.
- The Tracking ID(s) for the removed stop(s) are no longer listed on the Stops Info screen.
Work can continue from this point or click the Stops button to return to the Stops List.
Adding, Editing, or Deleting Status Codes in Consolidated Stops
Adding or deleting status codes in consolidated stops at the stop level attaches or removes that status code from all stops in the consolidated list. For more information on adding or deleting status codes see: Nextstop 2 Workflows
When adding status codes in a consolidated stop at the stop level, the status code is NOT added to any stop within the consolidation where the status code is not available for that stops customer.

Adding or Deleting Photos in Consolidated Stops
