You can zero out or change the surcharge amount on individual orders. 

Instructions

X Dispatch users must have the "Allow Surcharge Override" permission under X Dispatch Functions > Orders enabled. See Users (Classic Operations App).

  1. Go to On Demand > Orders.
  2. Select the order you would like to modify.
  3. Go to the Charges tab. See Orders - New / Edit Order.
  4. Edit the Price of the surcharge(s).
