For driver documentation see Stops Workflow.

The settings available in the Stops Workflow section allow drivers to configure how the Stops List is displayed.

Automatic Stop Consolidation

When enabled, stops are automatically merged based on time windows and addresses. When enabled, drivers can create new consolidated stops, add stops to a consolidated group, or remove stops from a consolidated group. This setting is especially helpful for route stops that require both a pickup and a delivery to the same location and for on-demand orders that require bulk pickup or bulk delivery.

See Stop Consolidation.

Type Consolidation

Available when “Automatic Stop Consolidation” is enabled.

When enabled, stops are merged based on time windows, addresses, and stop types.

See Stop Consolidation.

Manually consolidate stops

Driver(s) must have the “Manual” mobile option under Consolidation enabled.

  • To allow all or a group of drivers to consolidate stops manually, go to Maintenance > Mobile Option Sets. See Mobile Option Sets (Classic Operations App) for the Classic Operations App or Mobile Option Sets for the Opertaions App.

  • To allow specific drivers to consolidate stops manually

    • In the Classic Operations App, go to Maintenance > Mobile Users. See Mobile Users.

    • In the Operations App, go to Maintenance > Drivers then the Mobile Options tab of the driver record. See Drivers.

When enabled, drivers can manually choose which stops/order to merge.

See Stop Consolidation.

Group Stops By Tracking ID

Available if “Automatic Stop Consolidation” and/or “Manually consolidate stops” is not enabled.

When enabled, stops are grouped by their Tracking ID, and on-demand orders are grouped in the Stops List. Pickup and delivery portions are shown as one tile.

Sort by…

Select how stops are sorted in the Stops List.

Hide Complete Stops

When enabled, stops marked as “Complete” will not be displayed in the stops list.

When disabled, stops will remain visible for 24 hours in the past when compared against the Delivered date/timestamp as long as the “Deliver To” time on the order is less than 30 days old.

note

If “Hide Complete Stops” and “Group Stops By Tracking ID” are both enabled, completed pickup stops will display until the delivery stop is completed.

If “Hide Complete Stops” and “Group Stops By Tracking ID” are both enabled, completed pickup stops will display until the delivery stop is completed.

Sync Alert

Select when to be alerted if a sync between the device and the server has not happened.

Quick Tip: If a driver is having trouble syncing, have the driver log out, swipe/close the Driver App completely then log back in.

Future Order Display

Select how far in the future on demand orders will be displayed.

This filter is for on demand orders only and will not affect route stops.
