Visual Dispatch Driver Field Descriptions
The driver fields in the Visual Dispatch board are populated with information from the driver records.
Driver Card List
Field Name | Description |

Driver Photo | Photo of the driver. |
Driver Name | Name of the driver. |
Driver ID | Driver ID. |
Fleet ID | Fleet ID for the fleet associated with the driver. |
Late order count | Number of stops completed after the Max time of the stop. |
Vehicle | Vehicle name for the vehicle associated with the driver. |
Clock Icon | Clock icon display based on the last time the mobile device of the driver communicated to the server, regardless of whether GPS was collected.

Lat | Last GPS latitude point from the last GPS update reported from a driver. |
Lon | Last GPS longitude point from the last GPS update reported from a driver. |
GPS Error | Description of last location error |
Preferred Endtime | "Preferred End Time" from the "General" tab of the driver record. |
Phone Number | Mobile phone number from the "Mobile" field in the "General" tab of the driver's human resource record. |
Idle Time | Mins between since the last update to an order status value. |
Capabilities | List of enabled Capabilities on the driver record. |
