Map

When checked, displays the order in the map.

Driver ID

Driver ID of the driver assigned to the order. A blank DriverID means that there is no driver is assigned to the order.

Order ID

Order ID of the order.

A red flag icon will appear to the left of the order ID if "Set Dispatch Flag" is set on the comment field in the order form.

The order ID will be highlighted magenta if it is a return or continuation order. Return and continuation orders are designated by a number with a decimal extension. For example, if a 3 part delivery's first order ID is "3456" then the two additional ID's for that are are "3456.01" and "3456.02".

Cust

Customer ID for the customer associated with the order. 

The customer ID is colored based on the Dispatch Priority setting on the Orders tab of the customer record.

CSR

The username of the user that entered the order or method of how the order was placed. 

Orders placed online through your website or API will be highlighted <span style="color:#ffc119;">yellow</span>.

Priority

Dispatch Priority setting on the Orders tab of the customer record.

Pu In Status

Pickup In

Time in minutes between the Pickup To time (pickup deadline) on the order and the current time. An "F" after the time displays for future orders.

Colors

<ul>
<li><span style="color:#70bf53;">Green</span> - Driver has arrived at the Origin Address. No time will be displayed.</li>
<li><span style="color:#02a00e;">Dark Green</span> - Order is picked up. No time will be displayed.</li>
<li><span style="color:#ffc119;">Yellow</span> - Pickup deadline approaching. Based on the Pickup warning time set on order type for the order.</li>
<li><span style="color:#fc5454;">Red</span> – Pickup deadline past due. The number of minutes that have passed between the Pickup To and the current time is displayed.</li>
<li><span style="color:#eb7aeb;">Magenta</span> – Future pickup. The number of minutes until the order's Pickup From time.</li>
<li><span style="color:#64d3be;">Cyan</span>  – Future pickup where the ready time is absolute time with no pickup window (the Pickup From and Pickup To time on the order is the same).</li>
<li><span style="color:#68bdf2;">Blue</span> with check circle icon- Depot scan. No time will be displayed.</li>

Icons

• Yellow warning icon (Unconfirmed Order) - Displays if the driver has not confirmed the order after 5 minutes of being dispatched.

• Blue alert icon (Rejected Order) - Displays when the driver rejects the dispatched order.

Del In Status

Delivery In

Time in hours and minutes between the Delivery To time (delivery deadline) on the order and the current time. An "F" after the time displays for future orders.

Origin Address 1

Transmitted

The timestamp of when the order was transmitted to X Mobile. 

Received

The timestamp of when the order was received by X Mobile. 

Confirmed

The timestamp of when the order was confirmed by the driver.

Rejected By Driver

The timestamp of when the order was rejected by the driver.

Picked Up

The timestamp of when the order was picked up by the driver. 

Received At Depot

The timestamp of when the order was received at the depot.

Delivered

The timestamp of when the order was delivered by the driver.

Verified For Billing

The timestamp of when the order was verified by an Operations App user.

At Origin

The timestamp of when the driver arrived at the origin. 

At Destination

The timestamp of when the driver arrived at the destination. 

Pieces

Number of pieces in the order.

Weight

The total weight of parcels/pieces in the order.

Total Dim Weight

Total dimensional weight assigned to the driver.

<li><span style="color:#fc5454;">Red</span> - Indicates that the weight has exceeded the vehicle's max dim weight.</li>

Type

Description of the order type.

Is Parent

If the order is the parent order of multiple order.

• false - Order has no return or continuation orders associated with it or is not a parent order.

• true - Order has return or continuation orders associated with it and is the parent order.

Example

The first order in a 2 part delivery order, order ID 3456, is the parent and will have the value of "true" and the additional order, order ID 3456.01, will have the value of "false".

Caller

The Contact on the order.

Origin Dispatch Zone

Zone associated with the Origin Address.

Dest Dispatch Zone

Zone associated with the Destination Address.

AI Dispatch

A value of “true” indicates the order has been sent to the dispatch board. 

Pickup Warning

Pickup warning time set on order type for the order.

Delivery Warning

Delivery warning time set on order type for the order.

Fleet Id

Fleet ID assigned to the order.

Fleet Name

Description of the fleet.

Email

Email on the order.

Next Stop

If the stop is marked as the next stop for the associated driver.

• PICKUP - The Origin Address of the order is marked as the next stop.

• DELIVERY - The Destination Address of the order is marked as the next stop.

Driver Percent

The percentage value is used to calculate how much the driver will be paid. The Percent amount in the driver tab of the order form. 

Local Name

Name of the customer associated with the order. 

The Local Name is colored based on the Dispatch Priority setting on the Orders tab of the customer record.

Dispatch Reminder

Dispatch Reminder set on the customer record. 

Display Warning

Whether or not a warning icon for an unconfirmed or rejected stop is displayed.

• false - No icon is displayed in the P/U In column.

• true - Rejected or unconfirmed icon is displayed in the P/U In column.

Auto Dispatch

Deprecated field. 

Pickup ETA

Estimated time and date that the driver will arrive at the Origin address. If the order has been picked up it will have a value of "Completed".

Deliver ETA

Estimated time and date that the driver will arrive at the Destination address. If the order has been picked up it will have a value of "Completed".

Total Parcels

Total number of parcels existing on the order. 

Over Parcels

Total number of parcels indicated as "Overages" on the order (parcels not originally on the order as expected). 

Short Parcels

Total number of parcels indicated as "Short" on the order (unscanned or undelivered parcels).

Exceptions

Total number of parcels indicated as "Exceptions" on the order.

Departure Time

The time of the departing flight on the order.

Departure Airline

The name of the airline of the departure flight on the order.

Departure Flight Number

The flight number of the departing flight on the order.

Arrival Time

The time of the arrival flight on the order.

Arrival Airline

The name of the airline of the arrival flight on the order.

Arrival Flight Number

The flight number of the arrival flight on the order.

Attachments

The number of attachments on the order.

Depot Scan

Displays a "1" if a depot scan was performed on the order barcode. See Dispatch - Depot Scan. 

BOL

Order BOL on the order.

Master BOL

Master BOL on the order.

Flight Manifest ID

Consolidation Manifest ID that the order is on. 

Batch

The batch group name of the order.

Order Count

The number of pieces/parcels on the order.

Dispatch Warning Minutes

Dispatch show time on the order type of the order.

Received At Dock

The timestamp of when the order was received at the dock. 

Alternate Lookup

Alternate Lookup for the customer associated to the order.

User Data

Columns User Data 0 - User Data 12 to display the order User Fields.

Created When

The timestamp of when the order was created.
