Overage Defaults in Nextstop 3

Driver(s) must have the “Overage Defaults” mobile option enabled.

To allow all or a group of drivers to create master barcodes, go Maintenance > Mobile Option Sets. See Mobile Option Sets.
To allow specific drivers to create master barcodes, go to Maintenance > Mobile Users. See Mobile Users.

Overage defaults will override the default weight, length, width, and height values from the Parcel Types or the Mobile Option Sets section of X Dispatch that is automatically entered. The Overage Defaults screen allows you to enter default information that will be added to any overage parcel scanned in Nextstop. When an overage default is not set, you will be required to enter information for each overage scanned or entered manually.

How to Edit Overages Adjusting Orders and/or Stops

You can set up whether or not a scanned overage will be applied to an order and/or stop in the Global Options Mobile tab.
