How to Automatically Rerate Posted Recurring Orders

Requires X Dispatch 21.0 or newer.

You can set recurring orders to automatically rerate when posted, so you don't have to manually rerate or run a bulk order update. Auto rerates will pull the current rates and surcharges at the time of posting.

How to Set Up Automatic Rerate for Recurring Orders

Go to On Demand > Recurring Order.
Create a new order or edit the recurring order you would like to set to automatically rerate.
Click on the red checkmark icon in the toolbar of the recurring order.

Automatic Rerate - Posted Recurring Orders

The Automatic Rerate - Posted Recurring Orders tabs will display a yellow warning icon in front of the rate type if it is active. If both Order Rate and Driver Pay rerating is active, the order rate will be calculated before the driver pay.

Order Rate

Order Rate Options	Description
Active	Activates the automatic rerating process for rates in the recurring order.
Base Rate	The base rate in the recurring order will be automatically rerated when posting.
Surcharges	The surcharge rates in the recurring order will be automatically rerated when posting.
Items	All item rates in the recurring order will be automatically rerated when posting.
Re-calculate Distance	The distance in the recurring order and all related rates will be automatically rerated when posting.
Allow changes to Orders with locked rates	Allows recurring orders with locked rates to be automatically rerated when posting.

Driver Pay

Recurrence Schedule	Description
Active	Activates the automatic rerating process for driver pay in the recurring order.
Base Rate	The base driver pay in the recurring order will be automatically rerated when posting.
Surcharges	The surcharge driver pay in the recurring order will be automatically rerated when posting.
Items	The item driver pay in the recurring order will be automatically rerated when posting.
Re-calculate Distance	The distance in the recurring order and all related driver pay will be automatically rerated when posting.
Allow changes to Orders with locked pay	Allows recurring orders with locked driver pay to be automatically rerated when posted.
Allow changes to driver pay items that have been manually overridden	Allows recurring orders with driver pay that has been manually overridden to be automatically rerated when posting.
