How to Create a Route Stop

You may not have the ability to create route stops in the Driver App due to your driver set up.

You can create route stops that will be assigned to you, associate it with a customer on a posted route assigned to you, and add it to one of your posted routes.

 Instructions to Create a Route Stop

Requires Driver App 3.4 or newer.

  1. Go to the stops list screen.

  2. Tap on the menu in the bottom right and select Create New Stop.

  3. Fill out the form. Note the following are required fields:

    • Local Name

    • Address

    • Customer

    • Route

    • Stop Type

  4. Tap Save which will be enabled once all required fields have been filled out.
