  • To allow all or a group of drivers to set overage defaultsview Pay, go to Maintenance > Mobile Option Sets. See Mobile Option Sets (Classic Operations App) for the Classic Operations App or Mobile Option Sets for the Opertaions App.

  • To allow specific drivers to set overage defaultsview Pay

    • In the Classic Operations App, go to Maintenance > Mobile Users. See Mobile Users.

    • In the Operations App, go to Maintenance > Drivers then the Mobile Options tab of the driver record. See Drivers.

Overage defaults will override the default weight, length, width, and height values from the Parcel Types or the Mobile Option Sets section of X Dispatch the Operations App that is automatically entered. The Overage Defaults screen allows the driver to enter default information that will be added to any overage parcel scanned in Nextstopthe Driver App. When an overage default is not set, the driver will be required to enter information for each overage scanned or entered manually.

You can set up whether or not a scanned overage will be applied to an order and/or stop in the Global Options Mobile tab and driver need “Allow updates to pieces and weight from parcel scans” enabled on their driver record.
