How to Confirm Stops

Confirm Individual Stops

  1. Tap the menu on the top right.

  2. Select Unconfirmed Stops or Stops List.

  3. Select the stop to confirm.

  4. Tap Confirm Stop on the bottom right.

Alternative 

  1. Tap the menu on the top right.

  2. Select Unconfirmed Stops or Stops List.

  3. Swipe left on the stop to confirm.

Confirm All Stops

  1. Tap the menu on the top right.

  2. Select Unconfirmed Stops.

  3. Tap Confirm All on the bottom right.

How to Reject Stops 

Info

Driver(s) must have the “Reject Order at Confirmation” mobile option enabled.

  • To allow all or a group of drivers to reject an order, go Maintenance > Mobile Option Sets. See Mobile Option Sets (Classic Operations App) for the Classic Operations App or Mobile Option Sets for the Operations App.

  • To allow specific drivers to reject an order

    • In the Classic Operations App, go to Maintenance > Mobile Users. See Mobile Users.

    • In the Operations App, go to Maintenance > Drivers then the Mobile Options tab of the driver record. See Drivers.

Reject Individual Stops

  1. Tap the menu on the top right.

  2. Select Unconfirmed Stops or Stops List.

  3. Select the stop to confirm.

  4. Tap the action menu on the bottom right.

  3. Optional. Enter a rejection comment. 

  4. Tap Yes.
