How to search for orders created from a specific template

You can track orders created from a specific template.

Instructions

From the Track Order Page

1. In the Search section, select “Template Name”.

   Open

   

2. Under Enter Tracking Info enter the template name.

3. Click the Search button.

From the Place Order Page

1. Click the Create from Recent Templates button.

2. Click the menu icon in the Actions column of the template you would like.

3. Select Track Template Orders.
