How to Save the Client Portal to Your Mobile Device's Home Screen

Client Portal users can save the Client Portal to the home screen of their mobile device.

For iOS

Instructions

  1. Open Safari on your iOS device.

  2. Navigate to the Client Portal site.

  3. Tap the Share button on the menu bar. It’s an icon on the right side that’s a box with an arrow sticking out from it.

  4. Tap on Add to Home Screen

  5. Tap on Add in the upper-right corner to add the shortcut to your home screen. 

     

For Android

Instructions

A pop up will appear at the bottom of the screen when you navigate to the Client Portal from your web browser.

If the pop up does not come up follow the steps below to add the Client Portal to your home screen.

  1. Open Chrome on your Android device. 

  2. Navigate to the Client Portal site.

  3. Tap the menu icon in the top right (three vertical dots).

  4. Tap Add to Home screen

  5. Tap Add.
