Logging into Rapidship Client (Deprecated)

Rapidship Client is a desktop application that provides end users with a quick and easy way to enter orders online, create templates for quick order entry, and print labels, all from one application.

Authorizing access to Rapidship Client

In order to log into Rapidship Client, an X Dispatch Internet user must be created first. If you are unfamiliar with how to create a new Internet user follow this link: Internet Users (Classic Operations App).

Additional permissions are required for the internet user to log into Rapidship Client. Once the Internet user has been created, please make certain the following two boxes, "Allow Rapidship Client Access" and "Allow Webservice API", are checked on the internet user form:

Logging into Rapidship Client

• Launch Rapidship Client and enter the local host URL into the Server URL field.  For hosted the URL is your account, (number.cxtsoftware.net).  
• Enter the Internet Username and Password that were created in X Dispatch.
• If Remember Password is selected, it will keep the password stored in the "Profile" drop-down for later use.   
• Once all the fields have been filled in click the Login button.
