Rapidship Customization
Requires X Dispatch 21.0 or newer.
For the Classic Operations App: You must have the Rapidship Customization permission to view and the Edit Rapidship Customization permission to edit. See Users (Classic Operations App).
For the Operations App: You must have the Client Portal Customization permission to view and the Edit Client Portal Customization permission to edit. See Users.
You can customize your Rapidship website inside of X Dispatch.
Upgrading From X Dispatch 20.0 or Older
Rapidship customizations will not be applied if custom style overrides exist.
Cloud customers should reach out to Technical Support if experiencing any issues.
On premise customers should run the Rapidship Migrator tool to import available style and text customizations. See How to Migrate Rapidship CSS Customizations to Web Profiles for On Premise Installs.
To view Rapidship Customizations go to Tools > Rapidship Customizations on the top menu in X Dispatch.
How to Create a New Profile
Go to Tools > Rapidship Customizations.
On the left next to Profile click the + button.
How to Edit a Profile
Go to Tools > Rapidship Customizations.
Select the Profile you would like to edit.
Click the save icon.
How to Delete a Profile
Go to Tools > Rapidship Customizations.
Select the Profile you would like to edit.
Click the delete icon.
Rapidship Configuration
The left of the Rapidship Configuration screen is a preview of the changes you make from the form on the bottom right in the Styles and Translations tab.
Styles
The Styles tab is where you can customize the colors, font, and logo in Rapidship.

Click the colored square to change the color using the color picker or entering the RGB values. Using the eyedropper when selecting a color only works from the Operations App and not the Desktop Operations App. |

Logo Search | Used to search for the logo image to use in Rapidship. Images are uploaded in the Images section. To add a PNG file type, please contact Technical Support. This will normally be blank if you are not searching for an image. |
Translations
The Translations tab is where you can make customizations to text in Rapidsihp. Use the Find field to quickly find text in Rapidship. You can use the Replace field to quickly replace the all the text searched for in the Find field by entering the text and clicking the button with the two arrows in the field.
