How to Require Visual Proof of Delivery in the Driver App

You can require drivers to provide a picture as visual proof of delivery. When a visual proof of delivery is added in the Driver App, it can be sent in a push notification to the Client Portal users if they have the setting configured on their Client Portal user profile.

Visual proof of delivery are captured only on the delivery portion of on demand orders and route stops with a “Delivery” stop type.
