In the Driver App, pickup and delivery workflow starts with the Stops List. The Stops List displays each location that has active and complete pickups and/or deliveries.
APP UPDATE: The Driver App will now display stops scheduled for service on the current day (i.e., stops with time windows set for today) if the stop was posted within the past 7 days. If the stop was posted 8 or more days ago, the app will not automatically display these stops, regardless of their scheduled service date. In these cases, drivers will need to manually select the post date of the stop using additional date selection options.
Tap Receiving in the menu to view the Facilities page. The Facilities Near You list will display facilities, or depots, when the driver is within a 2 mile GPS range of the address of a facility, or depot, while the Other Facilities list displays depots further away. Overage defaults will override the default weight, length, width, and height values from the Parcel Types or the Mobile Option Sets section of the Operations App that is automatically entered. The Overage Defaults screen allows the driver to enter default information that will be added to any overage parcel scanned in the Driver App. When an overage default is not set, the driver will be required to enter information for each overage scanned or entered manually. The Sync Error Log displays errors when trying sync your device with the server.

Logging out of the Driver App is very important if a driver shares a mobile device with another user. If the driver forgets to log out of the Driver App, the driver’s account could be compromised. Logging out will stop all push notifications to the driver’s mobile device, whether the app is open or closed. Read more...
