Order Types - Fleet Assignment

The "Fleet Assignments" tab configures the automatic assignment of fleets and dispatch printer based upon the origin's "Dispatch Zone."  

Fields

Default Fleet - Default fleet for order type.  The default fleet may be overridden using "Override Fleet" information described below.

Override Fleets - The default fleet can be overridden by setting up origin dispatch zones and the override fleet.  An override printer can also be setup.

  • Dispatch Zone - Origin dispatch zone that will be used to override the default fleet for order type.
  • Fleet - Override fleet to be used when an order is entered using this order type, and whose origin dispatch zone matches.
  • Printer Lookup Text - Name of printer to be used when fleet is overridden.  (Optional)

Buttons

There are no buttons specific to the "Fleet Assignments" tab.  When changes are made to this tab press "Apply" button to save changes and keep window open, or press "OK" button to save changes and close window.  Use "Cancel" to close window without saving changes.
