Parcel Edit in the Driver App

The Parcel Edit screen is where the driver can view and edit parcel information.
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Scanned | If checked, the parcel has been scanned and will display as SCANNED on the Parcels screen. If unchecked, the parcel is unscanned and will display as NOT SCANNED on the Parcels screen. Unchecking a parcel that is unexpected will remove the parcel entirely. |
Parcel Type | The selected parcel type of the parcel. |
Parcel Refrigeration Type | The selected parcel refrigeration type. This field is available and/or required only for parcel types with the Parcel Refrigeration Type Enforcement set to “Optional” or “Required”. See Parcel Refrigeration Types for more information and how to set up. |
Weight | The weight of the parcel. |
Length | The dimensions of the parcel. |

Units in container | The number of units in the parcel. |
Description | The description of the parcel entered from an import. |
Comment | The Description of the parcel in the Parcel tab of the associated order. |
Scan Comment | Comment entered when the parcel was scanned. |
Parcel Items | Tap to view, edit, and/or add parcel item quantities for the parcel. This field is available and/or required only for parcel types with parcel items that have Parcel Type Global Enforcement set to “Optional“ or “Required“, or for parcel types with the Available Parcel Items configured in the Parcel Types tab of the customer record. |
Status Codes | Tap to view, edit, and/or add status code(s) for the parcel. See Status Codes in the Driver App for more information. Driver(s) must have the “Allow Parcel Level Status Codes” mobile option enabled.

Attachments | Tap to view, edit, and/or add a picture(s) and/or file(s) associated with the parcel. See Attachments in the Driver App for more information. |
How to Edit a Parcel
Unscan the parcel, then rescan it to edit the parcel info.
Distribution Parcels
When scanning a distribution parcel, information about the route and the parcel’s next (chained) stop can be displayed.
Drivers must have the Routed Scan Data Display mobile option and selected fields to display enabled. See Mobile Users for the Classic Operations App, or Drivers for the Operations App.
