Parcels in the Driver App

The Parcels screen displays all parcels associated with the stop and allows drivers to scan, manually enter, or edit parcels.
Tap EXPECTED to view the parcels expected for the stop or OVERAGES to view the unexpected parcels that have been scanned to the stop and SCANNED to view the parcels already scanned or NOT SCANNED to view expected parcels that have not been scanned yet. The selected view options will have a green line under the number.

Options Menu
Tap the green option menu icon on the bottom right.
Option | Description |

Generate Generic Parcels | Tap this option to add a generic parcel to the stop. |
Enable Bluetooth Scanning | Toggle the option to enable/disable the use of a paired Bluetooth scanning device. |
Change Delivery Overage Workorder | Visible for route stops where the overage parcels are paired to another stop and the pairing selection was saved. Displays the Pair Delivery Parcel screen to edit which delivery stop the scanned parcel should be paired with. |
Reset Overage Workorder | Visible for route stops where the overage parcels are paired to another stop and the pairing selection was saved. Remove the saved paired delivery stop selection. |
Add a Parcel
Scan Barcode with Bluetooth Scanner
Go to the Stops List.
Select the stop to add the parcel(s) to.
Tap Parcels.
Scan the barcode.
Scan Barcode with Camera
Go to the Stops List.
Select the stop to add the parcel(s) to.
Tap Parcels.
Tap Camera.
Scan the barcode.
Manually Enter Barcode
Driver(s) must have the “Overage Scanning” mobile option set to “Enabled” or “Warn”.
To allow all or a group of drivers to manually enter barcodes, go Maintenance > Mobile Option Sets. See Mobile Option Sets (Classic Operations App) for the Classic Operations App or Mobile Option Sets for the Operations App.
To allow specific drivers to manually enter barcodes
In the Classic Operations App, go to Maintenance > Mobile Users. See Mobile Users.
In the Operations App, go to Maintenance > Drivers then the Mobile Options tab in the driver record. See Drivers.
Go to the Stops List.
Select the stop to add the parcel(s) to.
Tap Parcels.
Tap Manual.
Enter the barcode.
Generate Generic Parcel
Go to the Stops List.
Select the stop to add the parcel(s) to.
Tap Parcels.
Tap the green options menu in the bottom right.
Select Generate Generic Parcels.
Edit a Parcel
For Driver App 3.1.0 and 3.1.1, unscan the parcel, then rescan it to edit the parcel info.
Go to the Stops List.
Select the stop you would like to add the parcel(s) to.
Tap Parcels.
Tap the parcel you would like to edit.

Unscan a Parcel
Go to the Stops List.
Select the stop to add the parcel(s) to.
Tap Parcels.
Swipe the parcel to unscan to the left.
