How to Unblock Users in Cloud
Sometimes users may get locked out and you might need to unblock them.
Instructions
Force Logoff
In Cloud go to Options.
Click the Force Logoff Sessions button.
Reset Password
You must be an “Administrator” in the Cloud Client user group.
Go to Resources then Manage User Accounts.
Click on the name of the user whose password you would like to change.
Click the "Update" link to the right of the Password field.
