Canceling a settlement "un-settles" all transactions in a settlement and allows the transactions to be edited. Pay transactions that are canceled must be settled again to pay the driver.

How to Cancel Settlements

This cannot be undone.

  1. From the top menu go to Action > Settlements > Cancel Settlements. 

  2. Select the settlement(s) you would like to cancel. 

  3. Click the Cancel Settlements button. 

Quick Tip: A warning will pop up if the selected batch is not the last settled batch letting you know that the canceled settlements may be combined with newer settlement transactions when rerun.
